By accessing or using services provided by Soullab, LLC ("Soullab", "we", "us"), including TajikGPT, iVPN, Contento, and Linkee, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

• Users between 13 and 17 must have parental or guardian consent
• You must be at least 18 years old to purchase paid subscriptions
• You must have legal capacity to enter into agreements

3. Service Availability

Soullab services are available internationally without geographic restrictions. However, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction.

We do not guarantee that our services are appropriate or available for use in all locations. We may restrict access from certain regions if required by law.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Services Description

4.1 TajikGPT

AI-powered language model for text generation, conversation, and assistance. Output is generated by AI and may not always be accurate.

4.2 iVPN

Virtual Private Network service for privacy and security. We maintain a strict no-logs policy.

4.3 Contento

AI content creation platform for marketing and creative content.

4.4 Linkee

Personal website and link-in-bio builder.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. You may NOT use our services to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Generate illegal, harmful, or deceptive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
• Interfere with service operation
• Use automated systems without permission
• Resell or redistribute services without authorization

7. Payments & Subscriptions

6.1 Pricing

Prices are displayed in the applicable currency at time of purchase. We reserve the right to change prices with notice.

6.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• You authorize us to charge your payment method
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

6.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

• Processing time: 5-10 business days
• Refunds issued to original payment method

Non-Refundable

• Partially used subscription periods
• Services terminated for Terms violation
• Promotional or discounted purchases (unless required by law)

9. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Content

All Soullab services, software, designs, and content are owned by Soullab or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

8.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create. By using our services, you grant us a license to host, display, and process your content as necessary to provide services.

8.3 AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI services (TajikGPT, Contento) may be used by you for lawful purposes. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws.

10. Disclaimers

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• AI outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies
• We are not responsible for third-party content or services
• VPN service does not guarantee complete anonymity

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Soullab shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• Some jurisdictions do not allow liability limitations, so these may not apply to you

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Soullab, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you create or share through our services

13. Governing Law & Disputes

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in California, except where prohibited by law.

12.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class actions, to the extent permitted by law.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment
• At our discretion with reasonable notice

Upon termination, your right to use services ceases immediately.

15. DMCA & Copyright

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on any Soullab service infringes your copyright, please see our DMCA Policy for the takedown procedure.
