DMCA Policy

1. Overview

Soullab, LLC ("Soullab") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our services (TajikGPT, iVPN, Contento, Linkee) to do the same.

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA and are properly submitted to our designated agent.

2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content available through our services infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice containing the following information:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail to locate it
4. Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, email)
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or California if outside the US)

TajikGPT and Contento generate content using AI models. If you believe AI-generated output infringes your copyright:

• Submit a DMCA notice as described above
• Include the specific AI-generated content in question
• We will review and take appropriate action, which may include blocking similar outputs

Note: AI-generated content is created algorithmically and may occasionally produce outputs similar to existing works without intent to infringe.
