Prohibited Activities — All Services

You may NOT use any Soullab service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Engage in fraud, phishing, or deceptive practices
• Harass, threaten, or abuse others
• Distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Promote terrorism or violent extremism
• Engage in human trafficking
• Sell illegal drugs or controlled substances
• Interfere with service operation or security
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems
• Resell services without authorization

TajikGPT — AI Usage Rules

When using TajikGPT, you may NOT:

• Generate content that promotes violence or harm
• Create deceptive content (deepfakes, misinformation)
• Generate content that sexualizes minors
• Use AI to harass or impersonate individuals
• Create content for illegal purposes
• Attempt to extract training data or model weights
• Use automated systems to abuse rate limits
• Generate spam or bulk unsolicited content
• Create content that violates others' privacy

AI Output Responsibility

You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content. AI outputs may contain errors and should be reviewed before use.

iVPN — VPN Usage Rules

When using iVPN, you may NOT:

• Use VPN to hide illegal activities
• Engage in hacking, attacks, or unauthorized access
• Send spam or conduct phishing
• Distribute copyrighted material illegally
• Abuse network resources (excessive bandwidth for attacks)
• Share your VPN credentials with others
• Use VPN for activities that violate your local laws

No-Logs Policy

While we maintain a strict no-logs policy, we reserve the right to terminate accounts reported for abuse by third parties or law enforcement.

Contento — Content Creation Rules

When using Contento, you may NOT create:

• Misleading or false advertising
• Content that infringes copyrights or trademarks
• Defamatory or libelous content
• Content promoting illegal products or services
• Spam or bulk low-quality content

Linkee — Website Rules

Websites created with Linkee may NOT contain:

• Illegal content or services
• Phishing or scam pages
• Malware distribution
• Hate speech or discrimination
• Adult content without proper age verification
• Impersonation of other individuals or brands

Enforcement

Violations

We may take the following actions for policy violations:

• Warning: For minor or first-time violations
• Temporary Suspension: For repeated or moderate violations
• Permanent Termination: For serious or repeated violations
• Legal Action: For illegal activities

Appeals

If you believe your account was terminated in error, you may appeal by emailing appeals@soullab.space within 30 days.
